What is the return policy?
Returns and Exhanges must be within 14 Days of Delivery and are free with good reason. Final Sale items are only exchangeable for size issues or may be redeemed for credit if damaged.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked as Final Sale before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days by Express Shipping with Tracking. The delivery on international orders is dependent on the local courier. Domestic orders are usually received within 24 hours of postage and can be tracked.

why do I have an eco gypsy label in my item?
In 2025 we have rebranded from Eco Gypsy. In order to minimize clothing and material waste some items may still carry the old brand name. We arew the same brand and quality and we thank you for understanding the last items are there to minimize our impact during the change over.
