What is the return policy?
We offer free Returns & Exchanges for the 14 Day period after you receive your order. Some Final Sale items are non refundable so please check with us if you are unsure before purchasing.
If you cannot return your item in this period then please reach out to us as soon a possible and we will do everything to assist you.
why does my item have an Eco Gypsy Label
We rebranded to ELECTRA this year, 2025. Previously the brand has been Eco Gypsy since 2013.
To minimize material waste some items may still have Eco Gypsy as the label with our new label attached. We are very much still the same brand and independently owned with the same ethos.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order within 1-3 working days via express courier services.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information & a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Indonesia from locally sourced materials and made by our community of artisans.
They are ethical pay and sourced to reduce our impact on the planet.
How much does shipping cost?
We use flat rates both domestically and internationally.
